Reduced operating costs by cutting waste and inefficiencies
Enhanced brand image and reputation

Increased ability to attract and retain employees
Reduced regulatory oversight

(CPI) whose purpose was to save the rainforest and contribute to a number of worthy causes by donating an astronomical 60 percent of its profits to these causes, But things didn't turn out the way Cohen intended. The idea was to import nuts for the company's ice cream products (namely Rainforest Crunch.) from the local economies in the region of the rain-forests, This vision "was newsworthy so Ben & Jerry's received a lot of free publicity,  helping  to generate  revenues  of  $3   million within the  first year.
